Outer Size to fit a 4 x 4 inch frame - exact outer size 99mm x 99mm

The cellophane bags supplied with this size will be 6 x 4 inches. This means that the 2 inch excess will need to be folded down at the back of the mount, then sealed with the self-adhesive flap in the normal way.
