The time it takes from when you place your order on our web site to when your order is delivered to your door is made up of several things.

Manufacturing time
We make the majority of our products to order. 99% of orders are made within 2 working days* of receiving your order. Very rarely a little more time is needed. If you have an important deadline then we strongly advise you not to leave ordering until the last minute.

When your order has been fully prepared it will packaged up and booked in with the courier.

Delivery time
At checkout, you can choose standard delivery or express delivery.

Standard delivery will be a 3 to 5 working day* service.

Express delivery will be a 1 working day* service.
(This is not the same as a next day service because you still need to add on the manufacturing time)

A delivery address in the Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland, etc. (you know who you are) is likely to experience slower delivery times than stated.

We send our parcels with Royal Mail and Parcelforce, but reserve the right to use a different courier company for any reason if we see fit without prior notification.

* 'working day' means Monday to Friday, excluding bank-holidays.
