Stock & Availability
If you require an order to be delivered on a specific date we strongly recommend you contact us to confirm stock levels and manufacture times.
The information provided on this website regarding product stock levels is intended for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon as an accurate or binding representation of product availability. While we make every effort to ensure that the figures displayed are up-to-date and accurate, we do not guarantee the availability of any product and reserve the right to amend or update the information at any time without prior notice. Please note that the phrase "In Stock" may not refer to the product in its entirety, and may instead refer to the availability of the materials required to manufacture the product.
In the event that an item is ordered but is not in stock, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible through email, phone, or text message. However, any such communication does not constitute a binding agreement to sell the product, and capepictureframing.uk reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, without any liability to you. We may also provide you with an estimated time of availability or discuss possible alternatives, but we do not guarantee the availability of any product and accept no liability for any losses, damages, or expenses that may arise as a result of the unavailability of a product.

Prices & Payments
We accept payments via PayPal. A Paypal account is not necessary, you can still use Paypal to make a card payment. It is very important that you check your invoice straight after placing your order.
All prices, unless otherwise stated, are displayed in GBP. We are not VAT registered.
By placing your order online with us you are giving us permission to charge your credit or debit card for the amount displayed on the web site basket plus any delivery or freight charges as explained on our delivery info page. If your payment is declined for any reason we will periodically re-attempt to charge the payment card. We may also contact you via email or phone to inform you of the unsuccessful payment and to update your payment details.
An invoice will be sent via email after placing your order. If you do not receive an invoice within 10 minutes of placing your order, contact us immediately to request one. It is important that you check your invoice carefully as once an order for made to measure picture frames has begun being manufactured it can not be changed or canceled for any reason whatsoever.
Delivery

It is your duty to take delivery. This obligation consists in carrying out all the acts that could reasonably be expected from you in order to enable the couriers to make delivery and in taking over the goods. Further, preparatory measures such as the provisions of plans, are also part of the cooperation required of you. In the event that our couriers attempt a delivery and you are not available to sign for the delivery or the delivery is refused your order will be taken back to the carriers depot. You must arrange with the carriers directly to re-arrange the delivery within 5 working days. Failure to do so will result in the order being sent back to ourselves. If you require us to send out your order again there will be a charge. Contact us for costings. Whilst we do our best to inform you of delivery dates and times, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for your order upon delivery. If you have placed an order for a made to measure product, refusing a delivery does not give you the right to a refund.
It is your responsibility for any payments due for local customs and import duties. ( Not applicable to UK residents as we dispatch from the within the UK ).
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive in the allotted timescale, please advise us via phone or email as soon as possible so we can investigate with our couriers. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate and we will not be liable for any costs caused by a delay. It is your responsibility to order from us with adequate time to prevent any disappointment resulting from a late delivery.
At checkout you are asked which delivery option you would like. You must choose the correct option for your area. For example, if you are in Northern Ireland, you must choose the Northern Ireland delivery option. If you do not choose the right option and we incur a delivery charge due to this, you agree for us to re-charge your credit or debit card for this amount without notice.
Collections
It is your responsibility to ensure items collected are packaged safely and are insured during transit.
If we have arranged for a parcel to be collected and sent to us, you understand we are not liable for the loss or damage to the goods whilst in transit. Whilst our couriers will take great care handling your goods and the loss rate is extremely low, mishaps can happen and we will not be liable. If your items are of value, please let us know and we will quote for insurance of these items whilst in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure a parcel arrives with us in good condition, regardless of who has arranged the couriers collection.
Consolidating Orders
Multiple orders to the same recipient and address may be sent in the same box.
If you have placed multiple orders with us that are due to be dispatched on similar dates, we may consolidate your orders into one parcel. Your invoices will remain the same and still have multiple order numbers, the only difference is that your orders will be sent in the same box.
Mountboard Colours and Mouldings
Some devices may display colours differently. Please contact us if you have any questions relating to exact colours.
If the exact colour is key to your order please order a sample before ordering.
Returning an Item

Damaged / Defective Goods
For insurance purposes you must notify us of damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
In the event your order has been damaged in transit, or is defective in any way, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
To avoid delays in sending items back to us you will be required to email us photos of the damage or defects.
Upon visual confirmation of damage or defects, we will send our replacement items as soon as possible.
Where a made to measure product has been damaged in transit, we are not able to provide refunds for any reason whatsoever. A replacement item will be sent out or we may collect and repair the damaged product.
Unauthorised Returns
All returns must have a returns authorisation number.
If you would like to return an item to us you must have a returns authorisation number issued by us.
Any goods returned to us without this number will be held for up to 3 months from the date of receipt.
You may request for us to re-deliver unauthorised returns back to you for a charge. Contact us for costings.
You may collect your items from us free of charge.

For this reason, if the exact colour is important to you, we recommend ordering a sample from us before going to the expense of purchasing your full frame. We can not accept responsibility after goods have been delivered.
Cape Picture Framing will not under any circumstances be liable for any consequential loss as a result of the incorrect supply, late delivery, accidental misrepresentation or any other reason whatsoever whether avoidable or not.
